After three years of work and input from more than 4,500 customers, we are proud to introduce Voxbi 2.0, our new cloud PBX.
We didn’t just redesign a phone system. We rethought how people actually use one. Every menu, every setting, every label was built from real user feedback and over a decade of experience running business telephony. The result is a PBX that speaks your language : clear, structured, and easy to manage, whether you’re an IT admin or a small business owner.
Voxbi 2.0 combines this new user experience with modern communication tools that work everywhere: in your browser, on mobile, and on desktop.
Manage it your way
From user setup to call flows, everything can be managed directly in the new Cockpit web interface. Do it yourself or let our team co-manage with you when needed.
Works on all platforms
Use Voxbi on any device: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or directly in your browser. Your account stays connected wherever you are, in the office or on the go.
Made in the EU
Voxbi is fully developed and hosted in the European Union. Your communication data stays within EU borders, protected by European privacy standards and managed by our in-house teams.
And what else is new in Voxbi 2.0?
Advanced analytics
A new statistics system built on Grafana provides live insights into call activity, waiting times, and agent performance. Data can be filtered and exported for deeper analysis. Based on your requirements, we can easily add new graphs using the advanced visualization tools Grafana offers.
Smarter call flows
Presence and location-based logic make sure every call reaches the right person at the right moment. Users or team leaders or human resources can set custom states such as in a meeting, on holiday, or sick leave, and the system adapts automatically. It even respects schedules and the right to disconnect.
Tempus module
Built around Voxbi’s presence system, the Tempus module adds full time and attendance management. Employees can badge in and out, request absences, and manage shifts directly within the same platform. Combined with hardware badging terminals, it turns the PBX into a central tool for both communication and workforce coordination.
AI features and call insights [beta]
Voxbi can already transcribe and summarise calls, with new improvements added every week. Transcripts will soon feed directly into Grafana dashboards, allowing calls to be classified by predefined keywords and analysed in real time. This evolving module gives a first look at how AI can turn everyday conversations into actionable insights.
Odoo integration
Voxbi connects directly with Odoo, keeping calls, contacts, and activities perfectly aligned. Each call is linked to the right customer record, no matter which phone device or software is used. You can answer or place calls straight from Odoo, view call histories, and access recordings or transcripts - all without switching tabs.
Fixed Mobile Convergence
We now offer our own FMC SIM card that links directly to your Voxbi PBX. Your mobile phone displays your company's fixed number and all calls are logged in Voxbi and Odoo just like normal desk calls. AI features such as transcription and analytics apply automatically, with data available in Grafana dashboards. It works on regular mobile phones as well as smartphones, making it a practical alternative to traditional DECT systems.
Hardware and vertical solutions
Voxbi expands hardware support to meet the needs of different industries. It works with Wi-Fi mobile handsets from Yealink, Fanvil and Grandstream, dual Wi-Fi and DECT devices from Ascom, and specialised hotel phones. The system also integrates with DAKS alarm servers from Tetronik and with Shelly devices to trigger visual or audible alerts, ideal for hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and other environments where quick communication matters.
Ready for enterprise
Advanced permissions and roles
Voxbi introduces granular access control, allowing administrators to assign roles and permissions for each user or group. Sensitive features like recordings or analytics can be restricted to authorised staff only.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Users can log in using their existing Microsoft or SMAL accounts. SSO simplifies onboarding and enforces corporate authentication policies.
Call recording and compliance
Voxbi supports recording policies that meet MiFID II and PSF standards. Recordings can be stored on customer-controlled storage, including immutable options in Azure.
Microsoft 365 and Teams integration
Voxbi integrates deeply with Microsoft 365 and Teams, allowing users to make and receive calls without leaving their collaboration workspace. Contacts from Office 365 are automatically synchronised with Voxbi, keeping directories up to date across all devices. For larger deployments, the Voxbi desktop app can be mass-installed and configured through Group Policy (GPO), making rollout and management simple for IT teams.
Looking ahead
Since July 2025, all new customers have been deployed on Voxbi 2.0. We are confident that this new codebase, modern interface, and extended feature set will reshape how businesses view the traditional fixed line. When a phone system becomes AI-ready, accessible from any device, and fully integrated into daily tools, it is no longer just telephony. It becomes part of how teams work.
Stay tuned for the next step: a new set of APIs that will allow third-party vendors and developers to integrate Voxbi into their own systems. We will continue expanding our ecosystem and building bridges with the tools our customers use every day.
